insure that has developed a computer processing system to deliver on our service objectives.  This system is known as TITEN and has been operating throughout the insure that network since January 2000.

 The system empowers staff in remote rural branches to:

     ●  Computer quote all products.

     ●  Accept a quote and register payment of premium.

     ●  Produce an interim cover note for accepted policies.

     ●  Produce a Certificate of Currency.

     ●  Print a policy schedule.

     ●  Endorse an existing policy.

     ●  Renew a policy.

     ●  Cancel a policy.

     ●  Automatically calculate statutory charges.

     ●  Produce complying Tax Invoices. 

TITEN includes reports to enable branch staff to manage and administer their portfolio of existing business, renewals and new business.

The system is Windows based and can be run on either a stand-alone PC or a network.

 A significant benefit of the TITEN system is that all documentation is produced in the intermediaries own office. There is no need to send standard documentation to a central processing area.
